August 16 & 17

Hello from the 17th. As expected, I didn’t write any diary yesterday. So let me tell you right here and now!

Morning: I slept (or dozed in bed) until like 11am. After that, I quickly checked when Yanis has texted me, that he’ll pick me up. I believed, that it was 12:45, but I found out, it was actually 11:30. And I hadn’t even packed yet. So I had to get up rather quickly, and started packing my things. In the midst of all this, I received a text from Yanis, that he’s gonna be late. (He wrote 11:45, but it ended up being shortly after 12 – not really surprisingly. haha) So now, I had all the time in the world to do my usual things in the morning.
I even quickly took a look at cars which were picked out by my brother. (As of now, we just have one open auction, where it seems that we’re gonna win -> get a car for 60 bucks.)

12am: Yanis arrived at my home, I put my stuff into the car, and then he let me drive. And it went really good, given that it is a big car. A Renault traffic. I don’t remember exactly, but we drove roughly 1.5 hours to Avenches. There, we picked up Yanis’ girlfriend at the train-station. Funnily enough, Josh and his girlfriend just happened to be in a restaurant exactly on the other side of the road from the train-station. So we met them earlier than anticipated.
Then, we all together went to shop some groceries -> drove to the camping -> got our place where we slept. It was really nice. Just next to the lake. Literally in the first row.
Our place turned out nicely, since we had 2 big cars, and we put them near each other with an angle. So we sorta had our own isolated place on the camping.

Then, there we just had some beers, went swimming in the lake -> played a card-game at the beach -> shower -> start to cook dinner. Now quickly some backstory: I had this idea in my mind, that we take a picture of us as a group, both couples sitting next to each other and me with an empty chair, and then declaring this the spot of my future-girlfriend. But then, we decided, that it’d be too much pressure if we all are in the picture, (since struggles of joining an existing friend-group) so we decided to only have me in the picture with an empty chair. So while cooking dinner, the sun was just setting -> Josh, his GF and I went to take some pictures of me with an empty chair, and a nice-looking background.

-> Go back to our “camp” -> eat (we just had some pasta & Sausages). After that (and also before lul) things got a little blurry in my head. So we somehow all went into Yanis’ car -> played truth or dare (it was just kinda weird, but also kinda funny) -> stopped -> Yanis & his GF got ready to sleep. During this, Josh, his GF & I decided to play one more game (since it was about midnight). We landed on Yatyz. But immediately upon starting the game, Josh claimed to be too tired, so he went to bed aswell. Then, Ellie and I just played like three rounds 1 vs 1. (I won 2/3, but who’s counting.) We then called it quits -> got ready for bed -> I was in bed at about 2am. -> Sleep

Night: I woke up like 2-4 times, just because the car was shaking (I was in the car with Josh and Ellie – no, I’m quite certain, that they didn’t have sex.) Also, I had a really weird dream. I dreamed that we (gang) were all at my place, and then there were scorpions everywhere. Scary shit.

Morning: I woke up really early. I got up at around 8:15am. (I had to take a mad shit haha) I then just stayed outside, sitting on a chair, and just watching the lake and shit. Just a little sitting in the sun, getting some warmth through early sun-rays.

At about 9:30 Leah got up as well. We then just talked a little bit, and then one by one everyone got up. We had a small breakfast and slowly started to pack our things. Once we were pretty much packed up, we went once more to the lake to quickly dip in. Only Josh, Yanis and I went in. There was a raft like thing out in the lake, where we swam to, and then did some jumps into the water. We also had a football egg with us, so we tried to throw the ball, catch it in the air, and throw it so the next person can do the same. (We were semi-successful, but it was fun!)
After that, we got out of the water, dried in the sun and went on our way home. (I then drove Yanis car of the camping (since he took the thrash away, and Leah can’t drive a manual) so this was my first real drive alone in a car – crazy.)

We then said goodbye to Yanis and Leah and drove home. (Actually, we had to drop of Josh at the cinema, where he had to work RIP.) Ellie then drove me home.

At home, I just watched some YouTube videos, then I nearly fell asleep, so I stopped with that, quickly edited some pictures of me and put those into my hinge profile.

Then it was already dinner time. We (mom) had guests over. Just some woman she met in Salzburg, which was currently on a road-trip with her boyfriend, so they don’t have to go on a camping themselves. (As usual, it was kinda awkward, but that’s just the fun of it, isn’t it?)

After dinner, I just spent some more time on my PC, got really tired, and then wrote this diary entry. And now, it’s already past midnight (I wrote this in about 3/4 hours), so I’m going to bed now.
