August 30

Hi! Today, I had like the worst tinnitus ever. At least of my live. I don’t know where I got it from (maybe yesterday evening, in the shower, the water went right in to my right ear, like once or twice or some shit). So I woke up today, with a terrible high pitch in my right ear. It was so bad, that when I whistled the right frequency, I hear a 2nd tone in my ear (kinda like a terrible auto-correct for my hearing). It was the worst!

Anyway. Once I was up, I went to Brienz with my parents to go visit a newly built house from my 2nd cousins. This “newly built house” was a rebuild of the house from my great grandparents, which was destroyed in a mud slide a few years ago, so they rebuilt it. (I mostly went with them, so I could drive. So overall I drove for like 3 hours today, which was nice!)
The house, let me tell you, has a stunning view. They had their dinning room with huge windows, so they see right onto the lake. They are also quite far up, so they see over all the houses below them. And the meadow right next to their house, will stay forever, since legally you’ll never be allowed to build there anything.
As mentioned before, I saw some of my distant cousins again. I didn’t really know anyone haha. But I talked a little… (I don’t know if this is weird, but one woman there was kinda bad. But maybe she’s my cousin twice removed, so that’d be a bit weird. Maybe she also just some friend of the people there 👀)
All these shenanigans took like until 5pm when we got home.

At home, I studied a little bit (my site blocker was working) but I was also really tired, so I didn’t do that much.

For dinner, Emily and I had a Greek salad with some bread. We also talked a little, and she said, that it’s cringe to be on dating apps. Cringe Emily!

After dinner, I mostly watched some more of “the Apothecary diaries”, then took a shower and that’s about it for today. I’ll see you again tomorrow. Take care! Bye-Bye!
