Hello! Today was match-day. Otherwise, I didn’t really do anything.
So, I woke up -> spent some time on YouTube -> left home at 12:45 and went with Daniel and on the train to the gym. There, we watched a match from our 2nd team, and then we had one ourself.
About our match: I played as libero (in combination with Daniel – this was really fun. At the start of the 1st and 2nd set, we played rock-paper-scissor to determine who was on the court first, and then swapped when the middle was on serve. Then, for the remaining sets, we played as defense-libero (Daniel) and serve-receive-libero (me). And over the whole game, we counted our mistakes, and thus had our own little battle, who was gonna win.)
The match was okay. We didn’t play really good, but they didn’t either. Sadly, nearly in the beginning, one of them got injured… Always a bummer.
The first set, was quite close. But in the end, we lost 23:25.
The second set was an easy sweep by us, the third was really close once again. It was really close even. The whole set, it was even, and then at 20:20 they made three points in succession -> we were down 23:20. I already took my time-out, and made 2 substitutions. Then we played like mad men, and we got up to 24:23. From then on, it was just some one point for us, one for them, but then in the end, we managed to win 27:25.
For the third set, their energy was pretty much gone. They did lose quite bad with 25:18.
Immediately after the game, Daniel had to coach his juniors team so I waited with my shower until then (hahaa). During this, Caroline had a game right next to Daniel’s team, so I ended up kinda watching both of them. Still a real bummer, that she has a boyfriend :(
Then, once these games were over, I went to shower. We did actually shower quite long, until some other coach told us to speed-up a little, since they were waiting for us, before closing down the gym. lul.
Since it happened to be a quite unlucky time, Daniel and I walked to the train station and then I went home and Daniel ended up hanging out with some common friend of ours. But I didn’t, since I had a lasagna at home waiting for me.
At home (20:45) I ate the lasagna, and then watched some more YouTube. Also, I didn’t prepare the paper for tomorrow, since I’m too tired. Now, I’m going to bed, and then I’ll do it tomorrow in the morning.

When walking to the train-station, I confessed to Daniel, that I only wanted to go to the VBC-party because I wanted to ask out Caroline (and I kinda forced Daniel into it). So now we have to go, without me really wanting to. lul.
(It’s not that bad, but you know – she has a boyfriend. :( ).
Then, Daniel said, that he can kinda see the couple of Caroline and me… super cool (if she didn’t have a boyfriend haha).
I didn’t text my hinge like today either. Didn’t feel like it.
