Hello! Today, I got up quite early
-> uni time (for the last Tuesday in this semester)
-> numerics from 8-10
-> went to talk to my friends
-> then, at like 10:40ish I had to go to the hospital for a dexa-scan.
(Turns out, I’ve gotten fat. I had like 27% body-fat. The doc thought, it’s a bit unfair, since I have a stomach disease… Still, I gotta lose some fat.)
-> [I told my friends, that I probably won’t get back in time for lunch before I left for the scan. Turns out, I would have. But they went to eat early, so in the end it didn’t lol.]
-> Buy food at the train-station
-> eat outside on a bench (it was cold, but it was manageable)
(There were a few crows, and one got really close to me. Like 60cm close. Cool times)
-> Go back inside & make a few memes for the final combinatorics series. (I did submit some memes each time, since my friends are the ones correcting them – to make it a little less painful.)
-> Not to toot my own horn, but some of them were jokes lol

-> start copying the numeric lectures which I missed (like 9 hours….)
-> second round of numeric lecture (actually also the last one in this semester)
-> go back home
-> PC time
-> dinner (Mom cooked, we had omelettes)
-> help mom with the dishes
-> PC time
-> fall asleep for like 20 minutes on my chair lol
-> back awake – but not really tired anymore
-> PC time
-> now I’m here writing (to) you.

Some more notes:

I actually did like the numeric lectures. But from talking with some other students, I was in the tiny minority of students that did like it.
I’m actually considering doing a masters degree in math, with my master thesis in numeric (or applied math).

Today I had quite a sore throat. Probably because I drank to little the last few days, which is still a little of the aftermath of the Christmas celebrations on Saturday lol. I’m getting old.

While driving home from uni, I thought about how I should write my email to the chess-woman, and this made me kinda laugh, because there are a few funny ideas in my head.
But just before, when I thought about it again, I wasn’t really motivated anymore. I don’t even really know why. I guess, it’s because I’m not sure if it’ll match.
(TBH, I only got interested in her, because she spoke with me like once – and I learned that we have the same native language -> I googled her name -> couldn’t really forget about that. Now, I’m not sure, if I’m attracted to her because I googled her name… If so, it would be kinda bad I guess.
But also, she is pretty attractive. Especially for a woman in STEM lol.)
Long story short: Right now, I’m not so sure if I should write her. But I guess I will tomorrow. Just for lore reasons – and who knows; maybe it does work out…
