July 12

Hello! Yesterday, I went to sleep when I already saw it getting brighter outside (so at about 4:30 in the morning / night). Then, tomorrow I woke up at like 10am. Not that much sleep. I then drank some water, spent a little time on my PC and then already packed my things for this afternoon, since we (Josh, his GF, Pete and two more) went Aare (river) boating.

We went on the train at home at half past 12, then some (long) time later (we had to pump air into our boats and get them to water – with lots of people having the same idea) we set sail on the sea. But instead of sail, we just drifted with the water, and instead of sea it was the Aare.
-> It took about 3.5 hours until we had to get out of the water again. So we just spent some time relaxing in the sun, and if it got too hot, we could take a quick jump into the water.

Once we left the water, we packed all our things, and then went to Pete’s shared flat and had a small BBQ there.
After eating, we hung around a little longer, drinking some beers and then playing some card & dice games. We all were really tired since it’s surprisingly exhausting to just relax in a boat.

We finally went back home at half to one (middle of the night). Back at home, I took a shower & now I’m writing (to) you.
